Knowledge for Everyone

The Wikimedia Foundation's Victor Grigas follows the Wikipedia Zero programme, which let people read Wikipedia on their phones without paying for data, and the high school students in Cape Town whose letter to mobile carriers spread around the world. A film about who gets to learn online, and what it costs. It ends with a call to support a campaign that has since closed.
